3rd Degree one of the hottest up and coming rappers from the Midwest. Hailing from Kansas City, a town that has a thriving underground rap scene, 3rd has positioned himself in front of the rest in his movement to the top.

He has always loved music. Throughout his childhood he grew an appreciation for all kinds of music. This love of music came full circle when at the age of 16 he began rapping. Rapping was a way for him to channel his energy into something more positive than continuing to run the streets. Since then, he has steadily been perfecting his craft and today at the age of 26 he has built a sizeable fan base in Kansas City as well as nationwide.

The debut album from 3rd Degree, ITS ALL BAD was released in May 2006 and quickly moved off the shelves in Missouri, Kansas, and surrounding areas. With the release of his upcoming compilation, RED PLASTIC CUP EXCLUSIVES, July 24th, he will continue his run to the top. Both of these albums have created quite a buzz in the streets and on the internet.

3rd is currently working on 2 projects. IT IS WHAT IT IS is a collaboration with fellow Kansas City rapper Donta Slusha. This 3 volume series will be released throughout the 2nd half of 2007. 3rd is also working on his 2nd full length solo project, THE FIRST 48. This album is the culmination of everything 3rd has done to this point in his career; it will showcase his ability to produce every kind of song from the streets to the mainstream.

3rd Degree scored big this past winter with the placement of an original song, I Got It on the internationally released video game, College Hoops 2k7. This has increased his fan base exponentially and it continues to grow with each passing day.

With the completion and release of these projects 3rd has also started to design his own apparel which will hit the market this fall. This will include shirts, jeans, hoodies, hats, etc.

With all this going on 3rd Degree is set to make a run for the top in 2007 and 2008.
